Terms and Conditions for Advertisers
- Creative must be supplied 3 days prior to activity start date (unless noted otherwise i.e. 14 Days for Grooveshark skins). Failure to do so may result in a delayed launch.
- Cancellations must be made in writing 14 days before campaign start date. For Cancellations made within 14 days of start date, the advertiser will forfeit 25% of value of affected media. For Cancellations made after the start date the advertiser will forfeit 50% of value of affected media. For Cancellations made after the start date the advertiser will forfeit 75% of value of affected media. For Cancellations made after the start date and within 14 days of end date, the advertiser will forfeit 100% of value of affected media. If the value of the forfeited media exceeds that has completed, the advertiser may elect to receive the value by way of a credit note to use for a future campaign.
